“ I met chef Greg at a wedding I photographed, and he prepared the most amazing vegan meal for me and other vegan guests. I honestly was so impressed. The main course was a BBQ oyster mushroom with potatoes and brussels sprouts. The flavours were so fantastic, beautifully flavourful but not overpowering. Everything was cooked to perfection. Even the salad - arugula with strawberries, hemp, and balsamic vinaigrette - was to die for. I tried hard to recreate it at home, marvelling at how well balanced the flavours had been, and how difficult it was for me to strike the same perfect balance. I don't know how you made such 'simple' things taste so elevated and out of this world, Greg, but I would trust your amazing culinary skills any time! Thank you!! ”
“ Very cute little cafe in Sharbot Lake! I got the grilled cheese chicken club and it was delicious, and comes with a side of kettle chips. The inside is small but cute with stained glass and remainders of the "pews" from the church. There's also a nice patio area outside! ”
